Workshops & Retreats
Trillium Woods Farm has long been known as a gathering place for writers, musicians, and other creative artists who seek a rustic, restful environment in which to be inspired.
Some of our guests come for a single day. Other creative groups have spent a month on the farm, culminating their stay with a performance in our barn to celebrate all the work they’ve accomplished during their time here.
Each of our cabins holds distinct individual charms and can be rented individually or in groups. If solitude is desired, our secluded Woodlands Cabin, surrounded by towering Douglas Fir trees, is the perfect retreat. If your activities call for group participation, many of our cabins are within easy walking distance of the barn, which has a stage, pew seating for 400, and a hayloft where the seating, not surprisingly, is on comfortable hay bales!
During your stay, we can provide a chef to serve healthy meals using produce from our organic garden—or, you can use our A-Frame kitchen to prepare your own meals.
We have miles of walking trails throughout our 53-acre farm, which accommodate mountain bikes, as well. And when the trail stops, our native forest and wetlands begin—fifteen acres of protected woodland, home to beavers, owls, and native plants and trees.
Tarboo Creek, a restored salmon habitat, traverses the entire farm. You’ll find several foot bridges throughout the property. Guests are welcome to explore wherever their fancy takes them. We only ask that you leave our native environment as you found it. Our partnership with the Jefferson Land Trust ensures that all our forests, fields, and streams will be preserved in perpetuity.
Trillium Woods Farm strives to offer a safe haven from the noisy, cluttered urban world so many of us live in. Whether you’re planning a corporate retreat, creative workshop, or meditative break, we will do our utmost to make sure your stay here is all that you’d hoped it to be.
